Shipping terms and conditions

We are pleased to be delivering flowers upon your request
In the following five points, please find our shipping terms, which also can be found in our general terms and conditions:

Who we deliver to
In principal we deliver the flowers to the mentioned address, and hand them over personally to the recipient. Delivery to company addresses or hospitals are concluded as soon as the driver hands the flowers over at the reception or hospital ward.

When no one is reachable
Is no one at home, our driver will try to leave the flowers with a neighbour.

Is this not possible either, we leave it to the judgement of our driver to leave the flowers at your door or leave a message that the flowers have been taken back to the shop.

Delivery time
We will consider your wish to deliver in the morning or afternoon.
The desired delivery time can be specified in a time window of 1 hour (for example 09.00-10.00 or the latest until 11am).
Deliveries for a precise time are only possible with a separate taxi drive and will be charged according taxi costs.
